CJP's 'Chalo Sansad' March: Delhi on High Alert as Metro Stations Close and Security Tightens

The CJP (Cockroach Janta Party) protest entered a crucial phase on 20 July 2026 as thousands of supporters gathered in Delhi for the much-awaited "Chalo Sansad" (March to Parliament). Despite the hospitalization of activist Sonam Wangchuk, the organization decided to continue the movement, describing it as a peaceful campaign to press for its demands.

In anticipation of the march, Delhi Police deployed heavy security across central Delhi.
