Hrithik Roshan Rents Out Mumbai Office Space in Rs. 4.84 Crore Deal

Hrithik Roshan has leased a commercial office space in Mumbai's Goregaon East to QuantumX Global Private Limited in a five-year deal worth approximately Rs. 4.84 crores.

As per property documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the agreement covers a 2,727 sq. ft. unit on the 14th floor of Lotus Corporate Park's E-Wing. The deal was registered on August 31, with the lease commencing on September 5, 2026.

The starting monthly rent is fixed at Rs. 7.30 lakhs, with a 5% annual hike built into the 60-month contract, eventually pushing the rent to nearly Rs. 8.87 lakhs by the final year.

Neither Hrithik nor the leasing company has issued an official statement on the transaction, which adds to the actor's growing real estate footprint in the city
