Memorable trip to Golden temple

Before leaving, we bought karah prasad. Its warm, sweet taste was the perfect ending to the visit. On our way back to the hotel, we stopped at a local shop to eat Amritsari kulchas, which turned out to be one of the best meals of our trip.

The next morning, we visited Jallianwala Bagh before heading home. Walking through the memorial made us reflect on the sacrifices made during India's struggle for independence.

When our trip ended, I realised that visiting the Golden Temple had been much more than a sightseeing experience. It had taught me the importance of humility, equality, patience, and selfless service.

Even now, whenever I think about Amritsar, I remember the golden reflection in the water, the soothing sound of Gurbani, and the kindness of the volunteers in the langar.

It was one of those trips that left me with more than photographs—it left me with a feeling of peace that I carried home with me. ❤️
